Workout #11 Bike Ride through Town

 


Overview

I took a bike ride this evening. Around 15 minutes of the ride were not recorded as I forgot to record them.

FITT Guidelines

Frequency: I am sticking to my goal of at least one cardio activity per week.

Intensity: The intensity of this bike ride was high. The average speed was 9 km/hr, however stops were vert frequent due to traffic and lots of stop signs and traffic lights.

Time: The activity lasted for around 45 minutes in total.

Type: The type of activity was bike riding.
