Workout #13 Bike Ride Through The Night

Overview

I took a bike ride with a friend this evening.


Here is a sideways before picture. I am sideways because I am upset I forgot to take an after picture.


FITT Guidelines

Frequency: I am sticking to my goal of at least one cardio activity per week.

Intensity: The intensity of this bike ride was high as my heartrate when checked was 168 BPM. The average speed was 11 km/hr.

Time: The activity lasted for around 45 minutes in total.

Type: The type of activity was bike riding.
